Curses are destined to be broken…
In this the first of the Dragons series, time travel and fantasy are weaved together in a fast-paced, funny yet emotional romance.
Jaz, a fish out of water in the real world, discovers that she is actually a dragon who must seek her true destiny in another, parallel place. There she discovers that Erich, the man she secretly lusts after in real time, is the Dark Knight, ruthlessly extinguishing the ancient Norse religion in an emerging Christian world.
Is he the beloved Jaz is tasked to find in order to release her dragon heart?
This book is set in two timelines. This made me sometimes confused: jumping from 2016 to 1520 was sometimes too fast even if there were different chapters.
Book is wtitten in three perspectives. That was well sepreted and described.
Characters have both good and bad sides. They acted realistic in my opinion.
There was one thing that i would add more: Jazz struggling in 1520. Fot me it was too ideal to a modern women to have almost no problems bedtpides her attitiude and language.
Norse mythology is not a well known one so i was glad to read a book using it!
This is a book for romance lover, people who like sharp women characters.

Griffin has traveled across centuries to reunite with the woman he loves, but he and Erin may not get their ‘happy ever after’. Not if Lady Isobeil has anything to do with it. She forces Griffin to leave Erin behind and travel to eerie Manx Island. When he goes missing, Erin and his friends set out to find him. Followed by his strong-willed sister, Kateryn, they ride to Swansea and secure passage with the notorious Captain Akin.
Erin sees firsthand how the island earned its dark reputation when she battles freakish weather, encounters a race of little people known as “Prowlies”. She experiences ghosts of the long departed and discovers the “ley lines” crossing the island’s mountain peak that make time travel possible.
Yet these obstacles pale in comparison to the secrets Erin uncovers while determined to rescue the man she loves.
Sequel of the book “It’s about time” is on the sam level as book one! So you can see in star rating!!
We find here a women from 21th century who loved man from anther time, and this man is in love with her.
It’s a story about risking everything you know or have for the one you love. We find here something about Erin’s family (very surprising!).
This book has lots of detail from the medieval time.
And this ending made me almost fall from the chair – brilliant!
I recommend this book to medieval and romance lovers. With a bit of technology. 🙂
I loved this book. Good job of the author 🙂

While doing research for a novel set in the Middle Ages, Erin and her employer, March, are transported to a time where chivalry and religion exist alongside brutality and superstition. Things are not quite right at the castle, and Erin and March feel sure mysterious Lady Isobeil is involved. Erin must cope with crop circles, ghosts, a kidnapping and death before the truth of her journey is revealed.
Forced to pose as March’s nephew, Erin finds employment as handsome Sir Griffin’s squire. She’s immediately attracted to him and grows to admire his courage, quiet nobility and devotion to duty. Yet, she must deny her feelings. Her world is centuries away, and she wants to go home. Despite that, Erin can’t stop thinking about her knight in shining armour.
The beginning is so mysterious, that it make reader to think: omg why? I want to know more 😉
in this book we have a lot of action and plot twists. There are happy and sad moments to share with characters.
I Was afraid to find Erin little and well not being able to deal with it on her own. but she Was great!!
And time thing was very surprising to me. you will find more when you read 😉
