What i think about this book? – Check my review!
This book starts really unnoticeable to what will come during it! As in the previous book, we have a broken soul that needs a new soul mate and there similarities ends. And I was really glad about it.
The plot was once again like: I know that part, but still there was something new about it. Like getting a new idea around the one we know. The idea of two mates was really well developed with logic one events.there were moments I felt some things were too long and I git to think when they will do jest thing. But it WON’T destroy a great pleasure of reading! 😉
Characters were rather well developed. But sometimes I found them too helpless and self-centered (i grow to hate one female). We get to see Cami and Jacob as they are mates after Save me it was great to read about them even if they were meant to be just side characters.
What I can say my rooting was for both vampire and Angel – I can’t wait to read part two!I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book

Blog Tour with Celtic Fire by Liz Gavin!

Celtic Fire
Liz Gavin
(Highland Celts Series, #1)
Publication date: January 31st 2017
Genres: Adult, Historical, Paranormal Romance

This is a standalone, historical/paranormal romance. Its mature themes – violence, religious war, and pagan rituals – might not be appropriate for audiences under 18.

When ancient gods ruled and Druids kept Faith alive, the Celts thrived as a democratic, matriarchal society. Then savage Roman soldiers swept across Europe, killing and enslaving. The Celts did not succumb without a fight. Their Old Ways survived centuries of ruthless domain until another menace loomed: a tortured god worshiped in cold stone buildings. The sacred shores of Avalon began to drift away, the mists threatened to hide the island from mortal eyes forever.

Against the bleak backdrop of war, the gorgeous Scottish Highlands stood tall, sheltering its inhabitants from greedy invaders. Yet the reach of the eagle banners was long and the highlanders turned to the Goddess for protection. However, the sacred groves felt silent and grim as Avalon faded away. Once sad, pealing bells began to sound strangely comforting while the high walls of monasteries offered an alluring barrier from violence. Caught in the middle of this centuries-old war, a young High Priestess might be Avalon’s last chance.

Wise beyond her years and powerful like no other Priestess in her lifetime, Rowen had served the Goddess faithfully, forsaking her family and the company of her soulmate. When the Lady of the Lake asks for another sacrifice, it might be one too many for her scarred heart. How could she obey the Goddess without betraying Caddaric? Could she trust Eochaid, who embodied everything she despised and hated? Would she be able to fulfill her duties without losing her soul?

Caddaric had been Rowen’s companion in countless lives; but, now, they existed in different realms. Beautiful Rowen lived in the mortal world while sweet Caddaric remained in the sacred isle of Avalon, watching over her. Could he step aside to allow another man – a flesh and blood man – to become her protector?

Eochaid had sworn to protect the Old Ways. The rude warrior never quite understood his faith yet his loyal heart belonged to the Goddess. A gorgeous, fiery High Priestess was not in his plans. He would risk his life to protect Rowen; but, would the Goddess safeguard his heart? Could he defend the bewitching maiden from himself?

When stakes were so high that a simple mistake could cost their very world, a priestess, a Druid, and a warrior must learn to trust each other and the mysterious ways of the Goddess. Their success would save Avalon. Their failure would tear the island from the human realm forever, condemning it to oblivion.

Failure was not an option.

REVIEW – 4 STARS!!!!

This book has a very intriguing way of saying a story. But still it’s nice read.
Don’t let slow beginning make you stop! Later IT gets really well and its worth for sure reading IT!
We have 3 characters that we get to know from their POVs: Rowen a prisesses that is one of the last; Cadderic a previous lifes companion; Eoachid a worrior that has something in himself.
The story goupes around Rowen and Eoachid and its really enjoyable to get to know them, their reasons, past and what is going on on their heads.
The relation beethwen them was well developed and like real one! Great job of the author.

This is a book for adult readers and romance fans for sure!

Review:

A planet that implanted peace beethwen different spices (humans and Metas especially). Concept of sirens in not very usual to me so i was really intrigued by the book.
This book is well balanced: sci-fi, Fantasy and romance. This book is rather tipical romace is some matters, but the background makes it more interesting!
Allie is A strong women with A past that slowly reveal in the book. I enjoyed Her character as się was really vivid to me. Look for Her Secret (mogę on the book)
Galen is A man with scars from his that he has to overcome, that was good discribed as he struggeled with it.
this book is A part of huge series, But this book introduce the World really well and can be read for sure as a standalone.

Review:
This is my first book from Ms Croix and i liked it.
I don’t know the stories of other characters, but i like that one. It’s showing how each women would feel in Roxy’s pace – insecure, doubtful of the boy who left us in that conditions (more in book).
Roxy is a girl (or rather women) who knows her way in everything (well beside Max case), she’s strong heroine.
Max is a man with power and sexiness all over him. He was so sweet in some parts of the book that made my hart pounding for him 😉
I would really appriciated a little bit more action in book, but the emotions and relationship is really great!
I recommend this book to PNS lover, especially. But if you like romance full with doubts i think it’s the book for you (if you don’t mind shiftres!).

Review:

Very good book 2.
What would you do if you had 4 DNAs in yourself (human, demon, Vampire, Angel)? Someone whats to kill you at any cost? You would run away but not Shelly, she will face it, and even go into it. She rocks in that case.
I really enjoyed a plot and style, it war a really good read. Plot was carfully created and it was logical.
Characters were mostly very good developed, but sometimes i found them too naive for real world. Shelly is not a women that will allow anyone to command her, that made me like her even better as i’m done with womens who stay and scream for help.
I hadn’t suspected the ending, but it means there can be more books! And i would love to read it 😉
I recommendation this book to pnr lovers, people who like steamy, fast paced books 😉
For sure mature readers!

Review:

This is my first book from Mary and for sure not the last one!
This book start with the eathquacke, than slow down a little and finally speed up again. I loved the idea of losing memories or so, it was really well written – i felt bad about it thought whole book.
All characters have good and bad side, althought there are some that emphesize only one part of it.
The concept of plot was new for me – and that not happen very often.
I recommend it to people who like: PNR, Urban fantasy, kick-ass women, all kind of creatures mixed in one world!
